About Us
Advance Media is a newer Malta based innovative lead generation company, who creates own lead generating marketing campaigns for customers across the Europe. We are a small organization who is looking for a new colleague to join our marketing team, as campaign coordinator. You should be based in Malta, working directly with our local team and with partners and colleagues from across Europe.
We are looking for an experienced graphical designer who understands how to catch the attention of customers and who values performance before brandbook.
In this role, you will:
- Help create campaign material for our own campaigns across various medias and channels, in several languages.
- Create and optimize graphic material depending on needs of the campaign and for various channels across SOME, native and display.
- Help set up graphic elements and/or help create landing pages from scratch (not mandatory to have experience in landing page setup).
- Be on top of what converts on the top part of the funnel as well as CTR to a signup, which is our target.
- You have experience in photoshop or another tool for photo editing.
- A plus if you know or have some experience in generating HTML5 banners.
Preferably, you have experience working with lead generation, affiliate marketing or from a media agency. You a motivated, independent, have an eye for optimization. You are open-minded, kind, and a team player.
Furthermore you are:
- Fluent in English, both oral and in writing.
- You could be autodidact or have an education within the creative online space.
- Self-driven and ambitious with genuine desire for success.
